Kinley Hallmark is a Work Based Learning student at Houston CTE who is currently employed at DD's Closet. Her employer says, "I could write a book, but Kinley has a servants heart and her smile is contagious. She is kind, polite, and is a dedicated employee." Her instructor is Mrs. Rumae Stroup.
