Autumn Doss, the proud owner of Trippy Reds, recently visited our Culinary class. Currently, the class is immersed in a food truck project, and Trippy Reds happens to be a beloved local food vendor. Ms. Doss joyfully shared her inspiring journey with us, starting from her time in the Culinary class at Houston CTE, then earning her associate's degree at North East Mississippi Community College, to eventually fulfilling her dream of owning a flourishing mobile restaurant. We are truly grateful for community members like Ms. Doss who generously impart their knowledge and wisdom to our students, motivating them to pursue their aspirations.
